It produces PVC fiber hose which diameter range from 6mm to 50mm. PVC fiber hose has three layers, the outer and  inner layer is PVC, with fiber layer inside, which has good chemical and physical property. It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressure or corrosion gas, widely used in the machinery, Garden Hose, Coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture irrigation and buildings. PVC fiber reinforcement hose production line character and advantages: 1) Adopt PLC control and simple operation 2) Use stainless steel which type is 304. 3) The center height can be adjusted .  4)Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV; 5) Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder’s output 6)Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min.
